		<description>you can use the F.I.M. style of topping , where you cut just after the very top node leaving 30-40% of the top . with this you should get 5-8 bud sites and not the usual 2-3 . If you are topping for a security reason you can use a power cropping style where you twist the supple part of the branches   or supple top then bend until you hear a small snap , within a week or two it should be healed but bent and out of sight from a neighbor or cop . 
Just as a side note and a little more of a visual for the style   F.I.M. means &quot;Fuck I Missed&quot;</description>

Depending on where you are from it should start budding in late june and depending on what plant it should be done mid to late september - november .... but some sativas have been known to finish after december ! 
up here in colorado we try to keep indicas because they finish out before the snow comes  but there are some ways of having plants finish out quickly when the photoperoid starts after the summer solstice passes ( june 21st) . But the tried and true way of knowing when to harvest is when the pistils or &quot; hairs &quot;  on the buds are mostly brown . If you gave it enough time it will be very worth the wait !</description>
