They are empty words--lies to make us feel better. I like Barack, but he really ought to take his head out of his ass on this issue. It might be politically risky, but it's the right thing to do. We waste billions on the DEA's disgusting habit of not listening to the will of the people. Hopefully Prop 19 will catch on like wildfire and throw a huge monkey wrench in the Federal Governments ability to arrest and harass adults who safely use or cultivate marijuana. Around 15 billion for enforcement and terrorism, and only 1/3 for "education" and "prevention". At least it's a national topic now. The government KNOWS the people are against them on this.
